The Underwear are major enemies who only appear in Five Nights at Pingas 3, although underwear has been a huge staple in Five Nights at Pingas since the beginning, this is the only one where underwear are enemies. As stated in the newspaper, these three underwear are haunted, and they are coming for the night guard working in the Pingas Underwear Museum. The three underwear in question, according to the game files, are simply known as Eyes Underwear, MasterMax888's Underwear, and Satanic Underwear.

Eyes Underwear: Eyes Underwear, also known as the regular underwear, is a pair of Calvin Klein underwear with orange strips, and it has a drawn on face with eyes, a nose, and a mouth.
MasterMax888's Underwear: MasterMax888's Underwear is a pair of rainbow panties with Rainbow Dash from MLP on them, as well as reading MasterMax888 on the top.
Satanic Underwear: Satanic Underwear is a pair of black boxers with two Pentagrams on them possibly meant to look like eyes.

Five Nights at Pingas 3[]
All three Underwear in the same room
All of the Underwear first appears on Night 1 alongside the King, and they appear in every single night in the game excluding Night 7. All of the Underwear work in the same way, where they will float around the Underwear Museum in a set path and the player must use all three of the game's traps to keep the Underwear away from their office, and the Underwear are the only enemies in the game that require the traps to be defeated. The only difference between the Underwear other than their design is that they all move at different times. The player can either use the Vegeta Statue to scare the underwear into the previous room, use the fan outside your office to blow all the Underwear back to the start, or use the toilet to flood the location with toilet water and slowly move all of the underwear backwards. If you fail to keep the Underwear away with the traps, they will immediately fly into your office and kill you, you do not have a split second to get rid of them from your office like the zombies.
It is unaware where these Underwear go after the events of the game.

Eyes Underwear's jumpscare
Eyes Underwear: Eyes Underwear's jumpscare will have him simply fly into the room from the door and do the game's base jumpscare sound, but after a bit he will then loudly start gobbling up Doritos in your face.
MasterMax888's Underwear's jumpscare
MasterMax888's Underwear: MasterMax888's Underwear's jumpscare will fly into the room playing an 8-bit rendition of the My Little Pony theme, and a small Pony will sprout from the underwear and stare you down.
Satanic Underwear's jumpscare
Satanic Underwear: Satanic Underwear's jumpscare will fly into the room singing ♫Death, death, devil, devil, devil, devil, evil, evil, evil, evil songs. Hell, you know that's how I get along. The world is full of tragedy, so how can it be wrong? Singing death, death, death, death, devil, devil, evil, evil songs... Well I was shopping at Hot Topic...♫ while flashing images of Mexican Satan appear in the background.

- While the Underwear is said to be haunted, it is unknown what or who exactly is haunting them, one could assume that Robotnik is haunting them since the Museum is supposed to have all of his underwear, but since Robotnik comes back as a zombie, this is unlikely.
- MasterMax888's Underwear is meant to poke fun at the YouTuber, MasterMax888, who played every single one of the Five Nights at Pingas games on his channel and has been referenced quite a few times throughout the games, and he's even had inspiration for some of the characters and ideas we have in the games today.
- The Satanic Underwear are most likely meant to be Mexican Satan's underwear, but who knows why they are in a Museum full of Robotnik's underwear.
